Congratulations Megan!  ETLC Student of the Month

We are happy to introduce Megan Venneman as our October ETLC Student of the Month at the Urbandale office! 

Megan is 8 years old and loves tennis and listening to the singer, P!nk.  Her favorite food is s’mores and her favorite subject in school is math. Megan always is smiling and puts forth her best effort during her sessions.

In her individual sessions with Haley, she has made significant gains in her ability to answer math word problems, complete multi-digit addition and subtraction, and count money. She is well on her way to mastering her math goals and never gives up when tasks are challenging.

In her individual sessions with Katherine, she has now mastered recalling important information from a whole paragraph, answering reading comprehension questions, and is flying through the phonological awareness hierarchy! Megan’s work ethic and ability to stay positive has contributed to the tremendous growth she has made these past few months!

Megan is a very deserving candidate for October’s Student of the Month Award. Way to go, Megan!
