Sonia Culver, M.A., CCC-SLP
My passion is to change kids’ lives by helping them to achieve effective communication skills and academic success. I find true joy in seeing a parent’s reaction when his/her child succeeds in a task or goal for which they had been hoping for so long.
Haley Hall, B.A.
I have always wanted to be a teacher and remember many days throughout my childhood that I would spend playing school in my basement. I later realized that my passion for teaching and my inspirations lie in an environment where students thrive and experience amazing success.
Jaimi Bird, M.A. CCC-SLP
Speech-language pathology has been a perfect career fit for me. There is no better feeling than seeing the moment a child succeeds in an area in which they have struggled. Partnering with families to facilitate that success is priceless.
Learning Specialist and Billing Specialist
I have always enjoyed working with children and teaching them important skills. I love motivating them, challenging them, and seeing the benefits of hard work. I focus on helping the child believe in themselves and improve their self-confidence.
My dream job has always involved helping people. When asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, no matter how many times my answer changed, my reasoning would always be because I could help someone.
Suzanne Moore, M.S. CCC-SLP
I always knew that I wanted to find a career that would allow me to make a direct and positive impact on my community. I think I often took my ability to communicate without problems for granted until I started to meet people with communication disorders. It made me realize the importance of speech therapy because the ability to communicate effectively is a fundamental right that everyone deserves.
Mallory Carr, M.A. CCC-SLP
Speech-language pathology has been a part of my life for a long time. I was drawn to Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center because it’s a place that encourages therapists to build lasting relationships with children and their families.
Learning Specialist and Office Assistant
Helping others develop abilities to express themselves for a better quality of life is my goal and will bring me great joy and satisfaction. It is my pleasure to serve our students and families as a learning specialist and office assistant.
Renee Cox, B.S.
I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings, including working in schools overseas. Some students find success while learning in a large classroom setting, but others learn best in small groups or even working one-on-one with a teacher.
Stacy Taylor, M.S.E.
For over 30 years I have been involved in the field of education. I have always enjoyed working in an environment that helps people grow and succeed. I was a third grade and junior high teacher and after receiving my Masters degree in Adult Education worked developing and facilitating training programs for corporate and government clients.
I now have two grandchildren, Caitlin and Rachel, and was ready to spend more time being their grandma! I am so pleased to now be assisting the Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center team as their part-time office assistant. They are truly dedicated to their clients and create such a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. In addition to assisting the team, I love getting to know the children and their families. Watching the children advance their skills is very rewarding.
Lisa Anderson, M.S. CCC-SLP
I love working with children. I especially love getting to work one-on-one with children and enjoy trying to figure out individualized strategies to help each child succeed in meeting their learning potential. Every child is so different, so this job never gets boring! There is always something new to learn and new approaches to try!
Katie Husk, M.S. CCC-SLP
It is very rewarding to help children and families to reach their communication goals. Building relationships is one of my favorite parts of being an SLP because it allows me to find and highlight strengths to create a more individualized approach to speech therapy.
Kaylie Wright, M.A., CCC-SLP
My greatest passion is helping others and making a difference. Being a Speech-Language Pathologist allows me to do just that. I feel so fortunate to be able to come to work each day and love my job.
Growing up I never exactly knew what I wanted to do. Even though I was unsure for a long time, when asked, I always said I wanted to help people and work with kids. As soon as I took my first class to fulfill a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, I knew it was a perfect fit. I love that each day has new goals and challenges.
At Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center I am able to help others, build relationships with students and families, challenge myself, and collaborate with other professionals determined to help students succeed. I am so thankful to have such a rewarding career and be part of this dynamic team!
Meghan Randig, M.A. CCC-SLP
As a speech language pathologist, I am given the opportunity to meet a child where they are at, offering resources and education in a creative and fun environment! I love building connections with students and families, working as a team to collaborate on a plan that will help them reach their goals and feel confident when communicating with peers, family members and other adults in their day-to-day relationships.
Making a meaningful and positive difference in the life of a child is one of the most rewarding experiences. I have spent many years serving children in the context of education in one form or another. I especially love seeing a child’s self-worth blossom because of the progress they recognize in themselves. What a thrill to support the ETLC team in this endeavor!
Kelsey Coaldrake, M.A., CCC-SLP
It is a feeling of true joy watching a child’s communication develop and being part of what facilitates that growth. Each child I meet is unique and possesses their own set of strengths that can be built upon in order to meet their speech and language goals. It is a privilege to partner with families in order to address functional and meaningful goals. I love being a pediatric SLP and couldn’t imagine a more rewarding career.
Kacy Leuck, M.S.,
