My passion is to change kids’ lives by helping them to achieve effective communication skills and academic success. I find true joy in seeing a parent’s reaction when his/her child succeeds in a task or goal for which they had been hoping for so long.

I always knew that I wanted to find a career that would allow me to make a direct and positive impact on my community. For many years I have taught students of all ages and abilities. I particularly love working with neurodiverse learners who are such out of the box thinkers. Teaching is not only about skills, strategy and knowledge, but also helping students believe in themselves. When students gain enough confidence to take ownership of their learning, I consider that a success!

Rachel Frommelt, M.A., CCC-SLP

Reading has always been one of my greatest pleasures, but I know that is not the case for many children who struggle with decoding and comprehension. My goal is always to help each child reach their fullest potential, both in and out of the classroom, while encouraging their unique strengths and interests. Sharing my love of books and stories and seeing children begin to love reading is so rewarding. I love being able to form a connection with clients and to celebrate victories big and small with them!

It is rare to find a career as fulfilling as one that allows you to instill confidence in such a core life skill: communication. As a speech-language pathologist, my passions are identifying a child’s unique speech/language needs and facilitating success in both academic and social realms of life with individualized therapy. Additionally, I have a special interest in pediatric populations with cleft lip and/or palate and resonance/voice disorders. I love working with families to foster achievements in their child’s communication skills – we are a team. Communication is a foundational part of academics and building meaningful relationships with others, let’s talk about it!

Lori Moore

Learning Specialist

I have always enjoyed discovering, creating and encouraging others to do the same. I love working with students, especially when able to focus on an individual student’s strengths, needs and goals. This is the number one reason why I am excited to join the caring and professional Enrichment learning team. Enrichment provides a unique opportunity to guide students in the direction of understanding how they learn and what they need in order to do so in a one to one environment. I recognize that moving students from frustration, to a love of learning, requires a very strong bridge. The bridge to success that Enrichment TLC offers, is one that I am looking forward to building and journeying along with students and their families!
