Adapted Books in Action!

By Tessa Lancaster, M.A., CCC-SLP

You’ve probably seen our previous blog posts about adapted books (if you haven’t, check them out here and here)! If you’re interested in watching how we might use an adapted book, check out this fun video!

Remember, when choosing the tactile elements to add to an adapted book, consider using items that will teach your child about different textures, colors, sizes, or shapes. This provides fun and interactive learning opportunities for your child!
