ETLC April Student of the Month: Urbandale

Thomas is 9 years old. He enjoys taking care of his many pets, playing video games, and playing with Legos. His favorite books to read are Skylanders, and his favorite place is his home. Thomas has been a part of our LEAP family since February of this year.

Thomas has already made improvements with his reading and math in the 3 months that he has been in the LEAP class. He has quickly mastered all vowel combinations and several math fact families. He has moved to the next level when working on comprehension, and he’s quickly moving through his math workbook. Thomas is well on his way to mastering his academic goals and he always participates in class discussions.

Thomas is a very deserving candidate for April’s Student of the Month Award. Way to go, Thomas!
