Introducing the Language Enrichment Academic Program (LEAP)

We’re excited to announce the addition of the Language Enrichment Academic Program (LEAP) to the list of our services that we offer in both North Liberty and Des Moines. LEAP is a half-day program that runs Monday-Thursday. It is very individualized with a small student-to-teacher ratio and is led by a certified teacher. This program is designed for students with speech and language delays, as well as those who are on the autism spectrum.

LEAP for Preschool-Aged Children will Focus on Improving the Following Areas:

Effectively expressing themselves Social skills Following directions Attention span Understanding concepts Speech articulation Phonics and pre-literacy skills Math and spatial concepts Sensory play

LEAP for School-Aged Children will Focus on Improving the Following Areas:

Reading comprehension and fluency Math concepts and processes Social skills Science and social studies Visual processing skills Language expression Vocabulary Handwriting Writing skills

Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center has locations in the Iowa City, IA area and Des Moines, IA area.
