Connecting with people has always come naturally to me, so even having the smallest hand in helping children grow into their full potential is a true blessing. Watching parents see their child overcome struggles with Enrichment’s help is incredible, and I’m truly excited about being a part of a company that makes such a meaningful impact.

Taylor Porter, M.A., CCC-SLP

I am passionate about helping others and making a difference. Communication is such an important part of navigating the world, and it is so rewarding to help each child strengthen these skills and to work with their families in supporting them as they continue to learn new skills and become more confident communicators!

Sophia Yegge
Learning Specialist
I have always had a passion for working one-on-one with students, and Enrichment gives me the opportunity to do just that. I want to help every student reach their goals, build confidence, and learn in the way that works best for them. One of the greatest joys is witnessing students' "aha!" moments when a concept clicks and their confidence grows. I strive to create a positive learning environment and build lasting relationships with students and their families that make a difference for years to come.

Alyssa Morrissey, M.A., CCC-SLP

Paige Christensen, M.A., CCC-SLP

I am passionate about pediatric speech therapy because I believe that communication helps children connect, be understood, and fully express themselves. It is rewarding to watch a child's growth through therapy while collaborating with families and colleagues. I find joy in being part of a supportive team where I can continue making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

Emily Kuntz
Lead Speech-language pathologist
I find so much joy in working with my clients and their families to help the child grow and become successful in their communication. It's incredibly rewarding to watch their confidence develop and see them gain independence through something that was once a challenge. I love getting to know each child as an individual, finding what motivates them, and creating a therapy environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn. Celebrating the small victories along the way and seeing how those small steps can make such a big difference in a child's everyday life. I appreciate being able to support not only the child but also their family throughout that journey, which is what makes pediatric speech therapy so meaningful to me.

How Do I Get Started?

1. Start The Conversation
The first step is to reach out if you have a concern. We start with a conversation to learn about your child, answer your questions, and help guide your family toward the best next step, whether that is a screening, consultation, or evaluation.

2. Schedule A Consultation
Once scheduled, families complete an online intake so our team can tailor the evaluation to your concerns. After the evaluation, we meet with you to review the results and recommendations and answer your questions.

3. Receive An Individualized Plan
Your child receives a custom treatment plan with specific, measurable goals based on their unique needs. Depending on the provider, your insurance may cover our services. If it does not, we are transparent about cost.

4. Build Skills & Confidence
Through personalized one-on-one sessions, we help your child build skills and confidence. The length of treatment depends on your child's age, challenges, and progress, and we adjust the plan as your child grows.
